At ThisTeamWorks I’m opening up around five places on my leadership coaching programme for team leaders who want to know how to bring out the very best in their teams.

It’s part of a specialist qualification I’m working towards, so I’m offering it at a much lower rate than usual (£790 for six sessions + a tailored intake).

Across our time together, we’ll focus on the things that really make teams thrive— trust, psychological safety, communication, and leading with purpose. And we’ll do it in a very practical way, working on your real-world challenges so you can take learnings and insights straight back to your team.
