ThisTeamWorks’ Leadership Coaching is me-ting time hosted by a skilled thinking partner: space in your schedule for an intentional pause to unpack, reflect, evaluate and reset. A power hour or so, for you to meet with you. Your me-ting, your agenda, our expertise.

The good news is we’re now opening up around five places on our leadership coaching programme: as it’s part of a specialist qualification I’m working towards, I’m offering it at a much lower rate than usual (£790 for six sessions + a tailored intake).

Across our time together, we’ll focus on the things that power you as a leader (and in turn will really make your team thrive). And we’ll do it in a very practical way, working on your real-world, real time challenges. Remember, your me-ting, your agenda, our thinking partnership.
